ATMs Entrepreneurs Ltd. provides work visa consultation and immigration application support services: eligibility assessment, documentation guidance, application support, visa requirement information and pre-departure guidance.

We are a private consultancy. We are not a government body, not affiliated with any embassy or immigration authority, not a law firm, and not a recruitment or employment agency. We do not issue visas, provide jobs, or sell work permits.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

All visa and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes a promise or guarantee of visa approval, employment, income, or any particular outcome.

Information we provide about requirements and timelines is based on sources published by the authorities and may change without notice.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information. Applications prepared with false or misleading information may be refused and may have legal consequences — we cannot accept responsibility for outcomes arising from inaccurate information you provide.

Decisions about whether and how to apply remain yours. Our consultation informs your decisions; it does not replace them.

4. Fees and payment

Consultation and service fees are communicated and agreed in writing before any engagement begins. Our professional fees are separate from government fees, embassy charges or third-party costs, which are payable by you directly to those bodies unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on this website.
