1. Initial consultation fees

A consultation fee paid in advance is fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments without notice, are not refundable. One rescheduling is allowed free of charge with reasonable notice.

2. Service engagement fees

For ongoing services (documentation guidance, application support), refunds are assessed by work stage: fees for work not yet performed are refundable; fees for work already delivered (assessments completed, checklists issued, applications prepared) are not refundable.

If we are unable to deliver an agreed service, the fee for that undelivered portion is refunded in full.

3. Non-refundable amounts

Government fees, embassy charges, courier costs, translation or notarisation costs, and any third-party payments are not refundable by us, as they are paid to external bodies on your behalf or by you directly.

A visa refusal or other authority decision does not by itself entitle a refund of fees for services already delivered, since decisions are outside our control — but undelivered portions remain refundable as described above.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@atms.com.bd or call +880 1712-808193 with your name, the service engaged, payment date and reference details. We review requests and respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Disagreements

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us and we will review the matter with you directly. Our aim is a fair outcome before any formal dispute is needed.
